Both companies distribute 620 types of pharmaceuticals and 370 diagnostics, totaling 990 items excluding spare parts of instruments. Number of our customers, comprising of government and private hospitals, Higher and medium clinics, health centers, UN agencies, Ministry of Defense, Federal Police Commission, NGOs, pharmacies, Drug shops and Rural Drug Vendors now reached 1443. Mesroy is well known for its provision of package service, which includes instruments, reagents, maintenance, training and consultancy services for its diagnostic products which are imported form Germany, M/s HUMAN GmbH. The company strictly follows M/s HUMAN's technical and marketing expertise. Its engineers are extensively trained on all of HUMAN diagnostic instruments, seminars and training courses are held twice a year in Germany and several times in Ethiopia whenever there is a need.
