This has caused the emergence of many subsidiary companies under the OVID Group. As related to aluminum and glazing installation works, OVID Aluminum Plc has emerged to fill the gap. The company was established on September 11, 2023, as a private limited company with an initial investment capital of Birr 50,000,000.00. Since its establishment, it has been undertaking aluminum and glazing works (partition walls, windows, and doors), focusing primarily on delivering the works on time and with quality to the client’s satisfaction.
