ÇOLAKOĞLU YAPI, whose foundations were laid in 1961 in Bahçelievler, Istanbul, has been growing steadily in the construction sector for more than half a century. SILKCOAT, which operates within the group and was established in 1993, has started its production activities with silk plaster, by adding mineral plaster, construction paints, synthetic paints, varnishes, decorative exterior wall coverings, effect interior paints, and Silkoterm Exterior Thermal Insulation System to 68 years. It has become a company that exports to the country. Today, SILKCOAT continues to produce qualified products for the world paint market with its facilities in Turkey, Uzbekistan, Ghana, Guinea, Mauritania, Iraq, Algeria, Tanzania, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Pakistan, Malaysia, and Tajikistan. ÇOLAKOĞLU GROUP Esenyurt, which entered the ready-mixed concrete sector as ÇOLAKOĞLU BETON, offered its ready-mixed concrete facility with a capacity of 400,000 m³/year in Kıraç in July 2007 to its customers. Our concrete plants continue their services with 4 different production facilities. Our subsidiary, ANADOLU MICRONIZE, Turkey's largest calcite facility in a single mill with a capacity of 300,000 tons/year, started production in Niğde at the beginning of 2008. ÇOLAKOĞLU İNŞAAT, which has been providing services in the construction of villas, business centers, and residences in various provinces for nearly 20 years, has completed the VADİŞEHİR and MOSTARLIFE projects. As ÇOLAKOĞLU YAPI, we continue to wholesale and sell construction materials (concrete, iron, brick, cement, sand, gravel, plaster, ytong, pumice, paint, sheathing, ceramics, armatures, construction chemicals, etc.) which started in 1961, increasing our targets day by day.
