መረጃን በራስ-ሰር መሰብሰብ (ስክራፒንግ) የተከለከለ ነው

በዚህ መድረክ ላይ ያለው መረጃ — የንግድ ዝርዝሮች፣ የባለሙያዎች መገለጫዎች፣ ስልክ ቁጥሮች፣ አድራሻዎች፣ ጽሑፎች፣ ምስሎች እና የድር ጣቢያ ዲዛይኖች — የእኛ ወይም የባለቤቶቻቸው ነው። የሚከተሉት ያለ ጽሑፍ ፈቃዳችን የተከለከሉ ናቸው፦

• መረጃን በቦት፣ በክራውለር፣ በስክሪፕት ወይም በሌላ በራስ-ሰር መሣሪያ በብዛት መሰብሰብ፣ መቅዳት ወይም ማውረድ
• የእኛን መረጃ በመቅዳት የራስዎን ዳታቤዝ፣ ማውጫ ወይም የውሂብ ስብስብ መገንባት፣ መሸጥ ወይም እንደገና ማተም
• የስልክ ቁጥሮችን ወይም ኢሜይሎችን ለአይፈለጌ መልዕክት፣ ለቀጥታ ግብይት ወይም ለማጭበርበር መሰብሰብ
• የይለፍ ቃል መገመት፣ የሌላ ሰው መለያ መግባት፣ የአጠቃቀም ገደቦችን ወይም የቦት መከላከያን ማለፍ፣ ወይም መድረኩን መጫን
• የሌላ ሰውን ፎቶ፣ ሰነድ ወይም የንግድ መረጃ ያለ ባለቤቱ ፈቃድ መስቀል

የሚፈቀደው፦ የፍለጋ ሞተሮች ገጾችን እንዲያመላክቱ፣ እና የ AI ረዳቶች አንድ ሰው ላቀረበው ጥያቄ መልስ ለመስጠት ይፋዊ ገጽ አንብበው ወደ እኛ በማመላከት መጥቀሳቸው።

የሕግ ውጤት፦ ከዚህ በላይ ያለውን የሚጥስ ማንኛውም ሰው ወይም ድርጅት በአሰራሩ ይታገዳል፣ መለያው ይዘጋል፤ ኪሳራውን እንጠይቃለን፤ ጉዳዩንም ለሚመለከታቸው የኢትዮጵያ ባለሥልጣናት እናቀርባለን። የኢትዮጵያ ሕጎች ለእነዚህ ድርጊቶች የእስራትና የገንዘብ ቅጣት ይደነግጋሉ፤ ከነዚህም፦ የኮምፒውተር ወንጀል አዋጅ ቁጥር 958/2008 (ያለፈቃድ ወደ ኮምፒውተር ሲስተም ወይም መረጃ መግባት ወይም መረጃን ማበላሸት)፣ የግል መረጃ ጥበቃ አዋጅ ቁጥር 1321/2016 (የሰዎችን የግል መረጃ ያለ ሕጋዊ መሠረት መሰብሰብ ወይም ማስተላለፍ)፣ የቅጂና ተዛማጅ መብቶች አዋጅ ቁጥር 410/1996፣ እና የወንጀል ሕጉ። ኃላፊነቱን ከመወሰዱ በፊት የሕግ ባለሙያ ያማክሩ።

የሌሎችን ግላዊነት ማክበር

እኛ የእርስዎን ግላዊነት እንደምናከብር ሁሉ እርስዎም የሌሎችን እንዲያከብሩ እንጠብቃለን። ከመድረኩ ወይም ከዳታቤዛችን ያገኙትን የሌሎች ሰዎች የግል መረጃ (ስም፣ ስልክ፣ ኢሜይል፣ አድራሻ፣ ሰነድ) ከተፈቀደለት ዓላማ ውጭ መጠቀም፣ ማጋራት ወይም መሸጥ አይችሉም። ሕገወጥ ነው ብለው የሚያስቡትን አጠቃቀም ሲያዩ ለ support@digitalethiopia.info ያሳውቁን።

የእንቅስቃሴ መዝገብ

የእንቅስቃሴ መከታተል የሚሆነው በእርስዎ ፈቃድ ብቻ ነው፤ ዝርዝሩ በግላዊነት ገጻችን ላይ አለ። በመለያዎች ላይ የተወሰዱ እርምጃዎችን (ለምሳሌ ማገድ) የአስተዳደር መዝገብ ልንይዝ እንችላለን።

No scraping or automated harvesting

Everything on this platform — business listings, professional profiles, phone numbers, addresses, text, images and website designs — belongs to us or to its owners. The following is forbidden without our written permission:

• collecting, copying or downloading content in bulk with a bot, crawler, script or any other automated tool
• copying our content to build, sell or republish your own database, directory or dataset
• harvesting phone numbers or emails for spam, direct marketing or fraud
• guessing passwords, entering someone else’s account, getting around rate limits or bot protection, or overloading the platform
• uploading another person’s photo, document or business details without their permission

What is allowed: search engines indexing our public pages, and AI assistants reading a public page to answer one person’s question and linking back to us. Being technically able to fetch a page is not a licence to copy it in bulk.

What happens if you break this: we will block you, close your accounts, claim damages, and report the matter to the Ethiopian authorities. Ethiopian law provides prison sentences and fines for these acts, including the Computer Crime Proclamation No. 958/2016 (unauthorised access to computer systems or data, and damaging data), the Personal Data Protection Proclamation No. 1321/2024 (collecting or passing on people’s personal data without a lawful basis), the Copyright and Neighbouring Rights Proclamation No. 410/2004, and the Criminal Code. Do not rely on this summary as legal advice; ask a lawyer before taking a risk.

Respecting other people’s privacy

We respect your privacy and expect you to respect everyone else’s. Personal data of other people that you get from the platform (names, phone numbers, emails, addresses, documents) may not be used, shared or sold for any purpose beyond the one it was made available for. If you see a use you think is unlawful, tell us at support@digitalethiopia.info.

Activity records

Activity tracking happens only with your permission, as described in our Privacy page. We may keep administrative records of actions taken on accounts, such as suspensions.
